Put fun on the menu
Serves: 10 hot dogs
- 350g HERTA Chicken Frankfurters
- 10 multi seeded rolls
- 180g sweet & spicy beetroot, grated
- 300ml half fat sour cream
- Handful of dill
- Cook the Herta frankfurters following the simple pack instructions.
- Split the hot dog rolls open across their tops, spoon in the sour cream and gently stuff each one with a hot frankfurter.
- Top with the grated beetroot and sprinkle with dill.
