Chicken Pesto Hot Dogs
Give your hot dog a fun pesto twist
Serves: 10 hot dogs
- 350g HERTA Chicken Frankfurters
- 10 multi-seeded rolls
- 190g Pesto
- 150g Light mayonnaise
- Rocket leaves
- 100g Sundried tomatoes, sliced
- Cook the frankfurters following the simple pack instructions.
- Mix the pesto and mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Split the hot dog rolls open across their tops, spread with pesto mayonnaise mixture and gently stuff each one with rocket leaves and a hot frankfurter.
- Top with the sliced sundried tomatoes.
