Chicken Houmous Hot Dogs
Give the houmous treatment to your hot dog
Serves: 10 hot dog toasties
- 350g HERTA Chicken Frankfurters
- 10 Hot dog buns
- 1 head baby gem lettuce, shredded
- 200g houmous
- 1/2 jar roasted red peppers, sliced and drained
- Onion seeds
- Cook the frankfurters following the simple pack instructions.
- Split the hot dog rolls open across their tops and gently fill each one with a small bed of lettuce and a hot frankfurter.
- Top with the houmous and red peppers. Sprinkle over the onion seeds.
